These terms describe the use of FormaNew’s formation services and business workspace.

Provide accurate information, keep account credentials private, and submit information and documents only when you are authorized to act for the business or person concerned. You retain ownership of your business and the content you provide. FormaNew uses that content to deliver the services you request.
What the service covers
The Free plan provides access to business tools. Incorporation adds LLC formation and registered agent service. Premium adds the virtual-address formation option, EIN assistance, banking setup assistance, and priority support. Review the selected plan and order details before paying. Banking and government decisions remain with the relevant provider or agency.
Applications and verification
Payment starts the service workflow; it does not mean a company has been formed. Complete the requested application and any identity/address verification, then follow team updates in your workspace. Premium filing tools become available after verification is completed or you explicitly opt out of the anonymous-filing option. Filing and EIN timelines depend on complete information, review, and government processing.
Charges and subscription services
Your checkout identifies the charge and whether it is recurring or one-time. Recurring plans renew on the billing interval shown until cancelled. Review the charges for each company separately. Incorporation and Premium are all-inclusive LLC formation plans: all state filing and registered agent fees are included in their prices, with no hidden formation fees.
Cancellation and service changes
Use the subscription controls for the selected company or contact support to request cancellation. Review the confirmed effective date and keep a copy of the confirmation. Cancellation does not dissolve your LLC or transfer ownership. Contact us to coordinate registered-agent or address replacement and download needed records before ending related services. Responsible use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, submit misleading filings, upload malicious content, or attempt to access another customer’s records. We may restrict access when needed to address misuse or protect the service. Contact support to resolve an access issue.
Service boundaries and updates
FormaNew provides software and administrative assistance. Information in the workspace is not individualized legal, tax, or investment advice. State approval, EIN issuance, bank acceptance, and specific completion dates are not guaranteed. We will update this page when the terms change; contact us about the terms applying to an existing order. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
