Refunds & cancellation
Here is how to request a cancellation, ask about a charge, or request a refund.
Updated September 4, 2026Cancel a subscription
Select the company concerned and use the cancellation control in its subscription workspace. You can also email [email protected] with your account email and company name. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The paid plan, including registered agent service, stays active until the end of the period already paid for; the company then moves to the Free plan. Cancelling does not refund or credit the current period, because formation work starts as soon as you pay. You can undo a cancellation from the same page until the period ends. Keep the confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, contact us to check the request.
Request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, company name, payment date, and the reason for the request. Include a receipt or payment reference if available, but do not send payment card details. We review requests against the order, work performed, payment history, and any applicable rights, then communicate the outcome. Submitting a request does not itself confirm approval.
Included filing costs
The New Mexico formation filing fee and registered agent service are included in your paid formation plan price. Tell us promptly if you want to stop work on an application. We will check whether work or a filing can still be stopped and explain which charges can be refunded. Amounts already paid to a state or another provider may depend on that recipient’s refund rules. We will identify those amounts when reviewing your request.
Your LLC and records
Cancelling the subscription does not dissolve your LLC or transfer its ownership. Arrange replacement registered-agent or address services where needed and download important records before services end. For account-data deletion, make a separate privacy request.
Payment problems
Contact us about an unexpected charge, duplicate payment, or a refund that has not arrived. We will use the payment reference to investigate and confirm the next step. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
